Amellalih Reza Salgado is Global QA Manager IT Projects at Bayer where she has been working in various positions and various sites since 2005. In her current role, she is responsible for the global QA oversight being accountable for divisional systems as Historian, MES, BES, developing a lean strategy to implement the system on standard & compliance way, including the strategy for recipes validation. Additionally, she is the Global Process Manager to all divisions for Empower (Chromatography Data System), responsible for the roll-out in PH & CH, developing the standard ways of works for the operational & maintenance phase. Finally, as Global Quality Manager, she has been responsible for the overall strategy within Consumer Health (CH) projects related with CSV, IT Infrastructure & Equipment Qualification as e.g. developing the strategy for new technologies.
