The era of spatial computing will come into focus in 2024. In this session, we will look at what Spatial Computing means for enterprises, and explore the role that the Digital Twin will play in this next generation of technology. VIEWAR’s background is in enabling spatial computing at enterprise scale, allowing companies to deploy spatial applications into complex, high-value facilities. These spatial applications can make any facility easier to use, more efficiently managed, and safer.
Bart Denny has spent the last decade applying immersive 3D technologies to solve enterprise challenges. Recently, he joined ViewAR to spearhead the Austrian-based company's expansion into the U.S. market.
Starting his career in 2000, Bart initially worked with early-stage startups in the nascent fields of location-based services and digital mapping. As the co-founder of Inspire Infrastructure, he established the company as a leading mobile application provider for Yellow Pages companies across Europe. After Inspire was sold in 2005, Bart transitioned to Google Maps, where he led efforts to create Google’s proprietary map dataset for Europe.
In recent years, with the emergence of reality capture, Digital Twins, and AR/VR interfaces, Bart has been focused on leveraging these technologies to solve complex enterprise issues. He is currently building on VIEWAR's initial successes in the manufacturing and facilities management sectors.
