Fletcher Sims is a Chattanooga, Tennessee native and graduate of Columbia University in the City of New York, where he earned a degree in Chemical Engineering. He has spent the majority of his career in the manufacturing industry, including roles as Manufacturing Excellence Change Leader and Plant Manager at Opella (formerly Sanofi), a global healthcare company. Fletcher now serves as the Manufacturing Capability Leader at Ryca Solutions, where he leverages technology, data, and systems to help manufacturers modernize and standardize their operations while building cultural and operational excellence.
