Erim has over 10 years of experience driving digital transformation across pharmaceutical, automotive, and manufacturing industries. He has a strong track record in program and project management, leading cross-functional teams to implement innovative, data-driven architectures, with a focus on optimizing operations and unlocking measurable value. Currently he serves as the Unit Lead for Data Enablement & Digitalization at Manufacturing Enablement Platform at Bayer, overseeing a global unit consisting of four teams: Data Integration & Historians, Cloud Enablement, Data Science Solutions, and Application Development & Insights. His unit supports all three main Bayer divisions—Pharmaceuticals (PH), Consumer Health (CH), and Crop Science (CS)—with digital and AI initiatives primarily focused within the manufacturing space.
