Michele is a Business Technology Partner at Merck & Co., Inc where she has worked for 16 years in various manufacturing IT roles supporting new facility start up, new drug approvals and commercial manufacturing. In her current role as a member of the Digital Manufacturing Transformation Management Office she is responsible for ensuring the transformation of manufacturing shop floor execution processes follows our standard user centric approach to simplify and standardize business processes before designing fit for purpose digital solutions.
