He is responsible for driving the strategy and commercialization of customer-facing digital products aimed at maximizing equipment effectiveness and ROI over the entire asset lifecycle. In his role, Nolan draws from his expertise in service engineering, IoT and connectivity, and software product development to deliver transformative solutions rooted in the voice of the customer.
