How Can Generative AI Redefine Real-Time Well Engineering—@Speed, @Scale, @Edge, @Precision?

KEYNOTE

Monday, March 23

08:35 am - 09:00 am

Live in Everett

Less Details

This talk explores how Real-Time Well Engineering is being transformed through the convergence of data, automation, and Generative Artificial Engineering Intelligence (GenAeI). Moving beyond traditional digital transformation, this new paradigm enables wells to become self-configuring, self-diagnosing, self-healing, and self-optimizing. By embedding engineering microservices into digital well programs and integrating real-time data interpretation, GenAeI enables autonomous operations at scale, at speed, and at the edge. This session outlines the key components, benefits, and requirements of this shift—bridging engineering formalism with adaptive intelligence for next-generation well construction. In this Session you will learn,

  • How to implement engineering microservices that translate formal models into real-time operational decisions
  • How to leverage GenAeI to enable autonomous well construction processes with self-management capabilities
  • How to deploy scalable, edge-ready systems that maintain precision in dynamic drilling environments

Presentation

How can organizations achieve IT/OT systems convergence?

PANEL DISCUSSION

Monday, March 23

06:00 pm - 06:45 pm

Live in Everett

Less Details

The convergence of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) is a critical step towards achieving a more efficient, data-driven manufacturing environment. This panel will explore the strategies and best practices for integrating IT and OT systems, focusing on overcoming the significant barriers that organizations face. By addressing these challenges, companies can streamline their processes, enhance data utilization, and ultimately drive innovation and competitiveness in the manufacturing sector. The discussion will provide insights from industry experts on how to navigate the complexities of IT/OT integration and leverage the benefits of a unified approach.

  • What are the most common challenges organizations encounter when attempting to integrate IT and OT systems, and how can these be mitigated?
  • How can companies ensure data security and integrity during and after the integration of IT and OT systems?
  • What role do emerging technologies, such as IoT and AI, play in facilitating IT/OT convergence, and how can organizations effectively implement these technologies to maximize their benefits?
