CV:

I am with we.CONECT Global Leaders since Sept 2016. I started out as Product Manager, being responsible for developing the content and speaker alignment of a selection of our B2B events. In 2017, I moved into the position of team lead, since 2018, heading the we.CONECT Industry of Things World and manufacturing projects portfolio.

I started my professional career in the hospitality industry, working for globally operating 5*-hotel companies, moving on to working on a cruise ship for 2 years, and leaving the career path in 2012, for taking up studies at University of Applied Science in Berlin. I hold a bachelor's degree in business administration.

 

The Pop my Job: What drives me? What is my passion?:

What drives me in my job is being on site at my conferences. In general, the team and I work up to 9 months on a conference program, send thousands of emails internally and externally, have meetings, calls, briefings, idea exchanges..... All boiling down to these 3 days every year, where I see "my community", meet and hear my speakers, and see our project work and the vision of our event come to live.
